The forecast is for freezing rain, rain, followed by snow with winds gusting to 100 km/hr. A blizzard warning is currently in effect. We had (had is the operational word here) 3 ft of snow on the roof. Afraid that the roof would collapse with any more loads, Tim decided to shovel it off (for the second time this Winter). After 4 or 5 hours he asked someone to help him.(Fellow firefighter who has a roofing business so he is comfy on roofs). Here some pictures of the enterprise and the banks left afterwards that then had to be blown away so that we were able to make it to the woodshed again. Stella loves it all of course. She has a clear view of the road and what's going on in the house. I just read in the local paper that we have had 250 cm's of snowfall this season.
The snowbank Tim is standing on is the path to the woodshed. The snow is as high as the railing of the raised porch.
I think we've had enough weather now.
