March 23, a nice sunny day

Cold nights, but lots of sun and the coming weeks will give temperatures of an average of 9. We had a very mild winter, just like last year, with the occasional burst of arctic air. Took Stella for a walk today, and while watching TV tonight, felt this weird little bump. The bump was this.

She had 2 of them. We preserved them, so they can be sent off to test for lyme disease. Awfully early for ticks.
