The madness has started again

Finally good weather, and phase 1 of removing COVID restrictions has started. Great timing. The premier of Ontario had already stated at the beginning of May that marinas should start preparing for opening at the end of May. They could launch boats, tie them to the docks, but the marinas would still be closed to the public, yards included. This left all the Town docks and clubs sort of hanging in some sort of netherworld, with boat owners not knowing if they, as private people, could start working on their boats or not, since there were no yard workers to do it for them. But then it was announced that marinas were open starting May 16. Our marina, the town of Gore Bay, will open on Monday (May 25), but we already did all the heavy lifting and hope to launch late next week.  The weather is not the greatest the coming week and some docks will have to be fixed before we launch.
Some curious bystanders admired our efforts.

We removed the winter cover and frame, then waxed the  hull the next day.

 When putting up the enclosure there was just a wee bit of static, which resulted in this
