Engine saga - the end - New prop installed

Tim just emailed this with 5 pictures attached:

"Good afternoon everyone. It's a nice 29 deg here at engine re-power central.
S/V Winsome II was hauled out at 11:30 this morning. My fail safe method of pulling the prop off involves putting the 3 jaw puller on, tightening up, (pre loading ) and then using two propane torches heating the body of the prop up for 2 min and "pop" off come the prop. No fuss, no mess, no skinned hands.

And back in the water she is for her sea trial at 1 pm. after adjusting the stuffing box.

1500 rpm=5.3 knts
2000 rpm=5.8 knts
2500 rpm =6.2 knts
3500 rpm=6.6 knts

Engine comes right up to max governed rpm right away (3600 rpm) No overheats.
So...the outcome of the "sea trial" is the boat is "Innocent" (bad pun day)"

Guess we're gone for the weekend!
