sweet potato pancakes

Made some babi ketjap tonight and thought it would be nice to have sweet potato pancakes with an Indonesian twist as a side. Never made any kind of potato pancake with an Indonesian twist, so improvised and ended up adding to the mix cumin and coriander, sambal, salt and green onions. It was really good and will repeat this many times.
