Last days of our vacation

were spent on the road. No surprise. We had to drive back, but we took a little detour, by taking the road to Ottawa instead of Toronto once we had passed Montreal. It gave us the opportunity to explore the Renfrew area a bit (thinking retirement). And it is a really nice area, worthy of more exploration.

All this because we wanted to look at a boat in Little Current and then the next day at a boat in Thornbury. The Merlin (Pinnacle II) was still for sale, but we wanted to do due diligence, because of the potential money we were going to spend.

Well we saw the boats and called the owner of the Merlin the next day.

The deal was done in a week. Took possession  yesterday, exactly 7 days after arriving home.
