Thanksgiving

Had a surprise visitor for the week. My sister Felie called to see if she could spend Thanksgiving here with us. We said "yes" and she booked her ticket. She arrived on Oct. 8 and left today Oct. 15. Of course we still had some work to do on the boat, so we dragged her along to Midland. Midland yes, we moved the boat to another marina.We took the sails down and she took some pictures. Went out for dinner, stayed overnight, met up with some friends the next morning and then off to Barrie, to visit Marjo. She started her teaching practicum yesterday and is excited but also filled with anticipation. After that back home. We ate, we talked, had Drew and Jan over for dinner, more food and walks to get rid of the calories we put on, and then it would start all over again. The weather cooperated which was nice.
