Went to Christian Island. No wind. We had to motor all the way, same for the way back. For the moment that's fine with us, since we are still breaking in the engine and have to do an oil change at 25 hours. We would like to do that before leaving for the North Channel and we stand a fair chance. Nice, hot weather with a lot of swimming. On our way up the fish tug from Lafontaine passed us.
The seaguls followed it happily along. Will get some smoked white fish next weekend.
Back in the marina we saw that the swallows in our neighbours' boom had hatched. I hope for the neighbours that they will be gone soon. They're planning to leave for the NC in a few weeks.
