Last puffs of winter

Taken Sunday morning, March 6, 2011. However most days this week the temperatures will be above zero. We had rain yesterday, sun today (UV index 4, or moderate) and more rain and sun to come this week.

Starting to think of spring now and launching the boat.



Fairly uneventful winter in general. Visited friends, and friends visited us. Went for some trips and had some nice walks in the snow. Will get snow shoes next year., looks like a fun work out. Also looked after 2 dogs. Here a few pictures of the past months, once again no particular order.

Dave and Cheryl visited with Abbie, Max's girlfriend. Abbie gave him a present that he now carries all over the place


Meet Brie, a golden doodle. She is a sweetheart.

and here is Simon, a golden mini-doodle. 7 months old and a true lapdog. Apparently we spoiled him.
